Quality Management System
MODEC's current Quality Management System (QMS) is developed in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001 : 2000.
MODEC's Quality Management System comprises a hierarchy of Policy and Procedures and follows a structured approach to managing quality.
At the top of the pyramid is Tier 1, the MODEC HSEQ Policy.
Tier 2 contains the Quality Management System Manual.
Tier 3A contains the Quality Management System Procedures.
Tier 3B is at the foundation of the pyramid and comprises of Site/Project/Function specific worksite management system.
