In Malaysia, MODEC received the Bronze award in the Best Onboarding Experience category, recognizing the People department’s efforts to create an engaging and meaningful onboarding journey for new employees since the office opened in 2024.

In Singapore, MODEC was also awarded the Bronze award in the Best Women Leadership Program for the second consecutive year. This achievement reflects the strong commitment and follow through of our People department and the enthusiastic participation of our female employees in the program.

“We’re honored to be recognized in both Malaysia and Singapore. We set up a new company in Malaysia and it’s incredible how quickly we have built people capabilities. Our Women Leadership development program (HERizon) has expanded from its original locations of Singapore and Malaysia to China and India this year. I want to thank everyone who has joined and supported this People department transformation journey so far. We believe that developing our talent is fundamental to building a high-performing and sustainable organization, and we are committed to investing in people and continue fostering an environment where everyone can reach their full potential,” says Koji Kawabe, Vice President, Corporate, Floating Production Solutions Business Unit, MODEC.
