MODEC in Brazil Salary Transparency Reports

Reinforcing our commitment to transparency and in compliance with Law No. 14.611/2023 of July 4th, 2023 and Ministry of Labor’s regulation No. 3.714 to Decree No. 11.795/2023, we publish the salary equality reports 2026 second cycle of all MODEC in Brazil branches with more than 100 employees: Rio de Janeiro, Santos and Macaé (which includes the office, base and all offshore units).
MODEC emphasizes that the documents were prepared directly by the Brazilian Ministry of Labor with data from e-Social June/ 2026 and Portal Emprega Brasil August/2026.
