Floating Production Solutions
The FPSO Raora is operating in the Maari Field located in the South Taranaki Bight approx 80km off the coast of Taranaki New Zealand.
The FPSO, a converted Aframax tanker with storage capacity of 600,000 bbls, is capable of processing 35 mmscfd of gas and 45,000 barrels of oil per day .
The FPSO started the oil production in 2009. MODEC took over the operations and maintenance contract in October 2012 and has provided O&M services since March 2013.
